Hi All!! I need to get MOTIVATED and get MOVING…have you ever sat on the couch, mindlessly watching tv and looked down to grab another cookie and realized that you are ’self sabotaging’ yourself. That chocoloate chip fell under you tummy and you need to find it to eat it now!! I have..I do..pretty much daily or at least every 2nd day. I get the munchies and I just want to eat junk. Now I should explain that I have never been extreme fit but I would say that I was average fit. Is it wrong for me to think of my self in my early 20’s and want to go back to that size??!! I had a baby almost 14 months ago and it is time…for me to kick this thing in gear. I was excited when I got invited here b/c maybe this is what I need to pick up the momentum!! I am so great at talking big and positive…but I have a hard time finding the energy…
